Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy – Gemspire

At Gemspire, we carefully inspect every order before it is shipped to ensure quality and accuracy.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.
However, we are happy to provide replacement only under specific conditions outlined below.


Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is wrong, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If the exact same item is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be provided.

Replacement selection will be based on availability at the time of resolution.

Refunds are not offered under this policy.


Non-Replaceable Items

For hygiene and product nature reasons, the following items are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive wrong, damaged, or defective:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift boxes

  • Clearance or final sale items


Lost or Missing Packages

Gemspire is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Courier delays or customs clearance beyond our control

If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange reshipment once redelivery fees are covered.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
